“Some days, just getting dressed is the win.
And that counts.”
Living with chronic pain or chronic illness means navigating a world that doesn’t always understand why you had to cancel again, why you look fine but feel anything but, or why some days the smallest tasks take everything you have.
Free gift for you
A free, printable sheet for the appointment you have been dreading. Not a pep talk — the actual words that get a symptom taken seriously, written down, and acted on.
Her framework
Six places where life with chronic pain either gets heavier or gets lighter. Not a cure, and not a report card — a way to see what is actually shifting while you are too close to it to notice.
You don't have to prove anything to belong here. Here's what women most want to know first.
No. You don't need to prove your pain or provide a specific diagnosis. The community is for women whose lives have been affected by chronic pain, surgeries, illness, reduced energy, or physical limitations.
The Sanctuary is built around kindness, dignity, emotional safety, and real-life understanding. There is no pressure to pretend everything is fine, keep up with others, or participate on difficult days. Quiet participation counts, small steps matter, and members are encouraged without judgment or the need to be fixed.
You are welcome to participate in the way your body allows. You may read quietly, watch a replay, complete only part of a resource, or step away and return later. The Sanctuary is designed to be flexible and supportive, not another obligation to keep up with.
No. You control what you share. Members are encouraged to participate only in ways that feel safe and comfortable. Listening and reading are valid forms of participation.
No. The Pink Spoon Sanctuary provides education, reflection, encouragement, community support, and self-management tools. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, therapy, treatment, or emergency services. Members should consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions or for symptoms of concern.
You are seen. You are believed. You are welcome here.
